Rose Bowl Competition 2017
Details to be released soon!
The competition will be a 4 wood singles format, played in sets of 7 ends each.
(this changes to 9 and 11 ends as the competition progresses)
The toss of a coin will decide who gets the mat in the 1st set.
The opposing player will have the mat in the 2nd set.
After each set, the scores will start again from zero.
If it is no longer possible for a player to win a set at any time, that set is deemed finished.
Should it be level on sets at the end of the game, one final set of 3 ends will be played to determine the winner. The final set is decided on ‘ends won’ and not by how many shots.
Another toss of a coin will decide who gets the mat in the final set.
